Romes second largest park is ver popular amongst joggers, cyclists and walkers. It features an artificial lake, temples, beautiful fountains and statues for you to admire. There are some cafes and some food outlets to be found in some areas of the park and if you fancy seeing the park by bike there are loads of places for you to rent one.
Known as the 'park of museums', there are so many museums to visit while here. The Galleria Borhese is just once example. This has an excellent collection of paintings and sculptures from famous artists like Titian, Rubens and Raphael. The Museo Borghese another popular museum to visit here with it’s vast collection of sculptures by Canova and Bernini.
Not forgetting the kids, there are many attractions for them to visit while at the park. These include the recreation area (Casina de Raffaello), which will provide them with a wide variety of activities, The smallest cinema in the world and the Teatro dei Burattni San Carlino, has become a common attraction with shows changing all the time and workshops for you to partake in!
