This beautiful piazza (square) is a popular meeting place. It is a combination of a staircase, an obelisk (a tall monument, pyramid shaped on top) and a church. The church is called Trinita dei Monti and is located on top of the Spanish steps making it a well-known landmark in Rome.

At the bottom of the Spanish Steps is where you’ll find the Piazza de Spagna. The Keats and Shelley House is also located in the Piazza and is a major part of Roman folklore.
